Just yesterday, we celebrated our 1 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!!! We can't believe it's already been a year since our big day!
Looking back, there are soooo many times we would just look at each other and think,"I can't believe we're this lucky...." We're still so in love and so happy to just be together, as husband and wife.
There's nothing either of us would change about our first year of marriage. We've been through some huge things together, including applying and getting into ASU! Without Miguel, there's no way I would have had the courage to apply to the ultra-competitive ASU nursing program. Because he was here with me, telling me I could do it and that he would be here for me every step of the way, I decided to apply, and then got in! At the same time, Miguel applied to the ASU business school to get his Masters in Business Administration. Of course he got in. We've learned that there's so much we can do together, because we believe in each other and we believe in us.
We spent our anniversary doing nothing here at the house but enjoying each others company. The evening ended with a wonderful dinner at T. Cook's restaurant that is located in the Royal Palms Resort in Scottsdale. The food was amazing, the romantic atmosphere was amazing, and of course, being there together after a whole year of being married was amazing!!
We're so excited for many, MANY more anniversaries to come. How many anniversaries are there in forever?

It's amazing how quickly time passes. Enjoy every moment. Justin and I will be celebrating 2 years this year. Crazy but because of his career I think we have only been together a year of it! Enjoy each other. Just think you have now been married longer than most celebs!
